Where can I see a mirror in person?
Our mirror collection is sold exclusively here on our website. Through this strategy, we’re able to deliver the best possible pricing for our products, directly to you. If you happen to live in NYC or plan to visit, contact us to set up a time to see our mirrors and meet the team.
If something sells out, will it ever be available again?
Feel free to reach out to us, but your best bet will be to order the same design in a different color. Mirrors may be reintroduced in the future, however the design might be adjusted and/or available in new colorways.
Do you ship internationally?
We're working on it! Currently, RTH mirrors are only available in the US and Canada.
Do mirrors ever go on sale?
All mirrors are priced as competitively as possible and will not be discounted.
Will I be charged sales tax or customs fees?
Only orders to be delivered in the state of New York require sales tax.
Do mirrors come with a warranty?
All mirrors are covered by a one year warranty for manufacturer defects.
Are mirror sizes and/or colors customizable?
Customization is available for large quantity orders only.

Ready To Hang is a mirrored world where furniture reflects your sense of personal style. We intend to blur the line between fashion and home.
RTH designs and produces well-crafted, reasonably priced, designer furniture pieces with personality that tell a story of self-expression and stand the test of time.
Based in NYC, RTH launched in October 2023 with 4 mirror designs. No object in the home is as meaningful or intimate as the mirror. It’s figuratively and literally the way you see yourself. Ready To Hang reimagines this experience and acts as the thread that ties your home and your style together.

US and Canada only.
Shipping is not available to other countries yet, but we’re working on it!
All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours via UPS from RTH in NYC.
We are unable to cancel an order once it has left our studio. Once the shipment is on the way, you’ll be able to track its progress by logging into your account.
USA: 1-5 days transit time
Canada: 3-7 days transit time
Express shipping is not currently available.
Pricing for shipments to Canada does not include customs/duties.
RETURNS
Email hi@ready-to-hang.com to initiate a return within 3 days of delivery.
All returns must be authorized prior to shipping. Once a return is authorized, a shipping label will be provided.
Returns must be shipped within 7 days of delivery. Returns initiated or shipped after 7 days will not be accepted. Ready To Hang is not responsible for lost returns.
Exchanges are not accepted. If you'd like a different design or color, please return it and place a new order.
Please remember that mirrors are very fragile. If you unpacked your shipment, make sure to repack it with care using all of the original protective materials. Mirrors and interior packaging must be unaltered, unused and in original condition with all markings, tags and protective materials included.
Once a return shipment is received, inspected and approved, a refund will be initiated for the original cost minus an 12% return shipping and restocking fee.
Refund processing takes 3-5 business days and is applied to the same payment method used when placing the order.
If your order arrived damaged, you must contact us with information and photos of the packaging and mirror within 5 days of receiving the shipment to be considered for a replacement or refund. Any damages reported after 5 days will not be approved unless they are determined by the RTH team to be a manufacturing defect.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or Services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Trade Accounts
INSTALLATION
All RTH mirrors include mounting hardware. When your mirror arrives, one of the two brackets will already be attached to the back of the mirror. Install the second bracket on your wall using these steps:

Find the desired placement for your mirror on your wall. Mark the wall with tape at the center bottom edge.

On the back of the mirror, with both mounting brackets interlocked, measure the distance from the bottom edge of the mirror frame to the bottom edge of the bracket.

Place the bottom edge of the bracket on your wall the same distance from the tape that you found in the last step.

Use the screws provided to mount the bracket to drywall. Start with the center screw, then use a level to straighten the bracket before adding the remaining screws.

Lift the mirror approximately 2" (5 cm) above the tape on your wall, and gently lower the mirror until both mounting brackets interlock.

Peel away the tape and enjoy :)
CARE
Spray glass cleaning solution onto a microfiber cloth before wiping the glass. Do not spray the cleaning solution directly onto the mirror.
For best results, wipe the glass a second time with a clean, dry microfiber cloth. This helps to eliminate streaks.
To clean the frame, use a duster or dry microfiber cloth. If deeper cleaning is required, lightly dampen a cloth with water and gently wipe the frame.
Never use chemical cleaning solutions on the frame.
