RETURNS

To request a return, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered.

All returns must be pre-authorized. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender.

Once approved, a prepaid return label will be issued. Return shipments must be postmarked within 7 calendar days of delivery. Returns shipped after this window will not be accepted.


CONDITION REQUIREMENTS

Items must be returned in original, unaltered condition with all original packaging, protective materials, and components intact.

Due to the nature of our products, careful repacking using all original materials is required. Returns received damaged, improperly packed, or incomplete will not be eligible for refund and will be returned to the customer.


FEES & REFUNDS

A 12% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after the return is received and inspected. Funds are issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges are not offered. To receive a different item, please complete a return (if eligible) and place a new order.


DAMAGED DELIVERIES

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery with detailed photographs of the packaging and product.

Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for replacement or refund unless the issue is determined to be a manufacturing defect.

RTH reserves the right to deny any return that does not comply with the above terms.
