Returns must be requested and postmarked within 14 calendar days of delivery.

To request a return, email hi@ready-to-hang.com with your order number. All returns require approval. Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.

Items must be returned in original, unaltered condition with all original packaging, protective materials, and components. Please retain these materials and carefully repack your item to protect it in transit.

A 12% return and restocking fee, which includes return shipping, will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Spray glass cleaning solution onto a microfiber cloth before wiping the glass. Do not spray the cleaning solution directly onto the mirror.

For best results, wipe the glass a second time with a clean, dry microfiber cloth. This helps to eliminate streaks.
