ORDER PROCESSING

All in-stock orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided via email and available in your account.

Orders cannot be canceled once they have left our warehouse.


DELIVERY TIMING

Parcel Shipments:

United States: 1–5 business days
International: 3–7 business days

Transit times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier and destination.

Freight Shipments:

Select oversized products ship via freight carrier and include White Glove delivery service.

After shipment, the carrier will contact you directly to coordinate delivery.

White Glove service includes placement in your room of choice and removal of outer packaging materials.

Delivery timing varies depending on destination and scheduling availability.


PACKAGING

All RTH pieces are carefully inspected and packed using protective materials intended to ensure safe delivery.

We recommend retaining original packaging materials until you are certain you will not require a return.


INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAXES

Orders delivered to New York or Virginia are subject to sales tax.

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and local fees. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.


DELIVERY & RESPONSIBILITY

Please ensure all shipping information is accurate at checkout. RTH is not responsible for delays or failed delivery resulting from incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

If a shipment is refused or returned to our warehouse, the customer is responsible for any reshipment fees.
