Most U.S. deliveries arrive within 3–10 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and carrier scheduling. As your shipment approaches the destination terminal, the carrier will contact you directly to arrange a delivery appointment. Someone must be available during the scheduled delivery window.
International transit times vary depending on destination and delivery scheduling.
Orders shipped outside the United States do not include import duties, customs fees, or local taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are billed by the destination country’s import authority.
For freight shipments returned because the customer does not arrange or accept delivery, original shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for reasonable return freight, storage, and reshipment costs incurred. Return to our warehouse does not make a final-sale item eligible for a refund. These charges do not apply to returns caused by damage in transit, incorrect items, or an error by RTH or the carrier.
