Email hi@ready-to-hang.com to request a return within 3 calendar days of delivery. Returns requested after this window will not be considered.

All returns must be pre-authorized. Unapproved returns will be refused and returned to sender. Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be issued.

Return shipments must be postmarked within 7 calendar days of original delivery—no exceptions. Returns postmarked after this period will not be accepted or refunded.

Exchanges are not offered. To receive a different product, you must complete a return (if eligible) and place a new order.

Due to the delicate nature of our products, items must be returned in their original, unaltered condition with all original packaging, protective materials, tags, and markings intact. Mirrors must be carefully repacked using all original packaging. Returns received damaged, improperly packed, or missing original materials will be denied. In these cases, Ready To Hang will return the product to the customer, and no refund will be issued.

Ready To Hang is not responsible for return shipments lost or damaged in transit.

A 12% shipping and restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after a return is received and inspected, and will be issued to the original payment method.

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery and provide detailed photos of both the packaging and the item. Claims submitted after 3 days will not be eligible for a refund or replacement unless Ready To Hang determines the issue to be a manufacturing defect.

Ready To Hang reserves the right to deny any return or refund that does not comply with the above terms.
