All returns must be authorized prior to shipping. Once a return is authorized, a shipping label will be provided.

Exchanges are not accepted. If you'd like a different design or color, please return it and place a new order.
Please remember that mirrors are very fragile. If you unpacked your shipment, make sure to repack it with care using all of the original protective materials. Mirrors and interior packaging must be unaltered, unused and in original condition with all markings, tags and protective materials included.
Once a return shipment is received, inspected and approved, a refund will be initiated for the original cost minus an 12% return shipping and restocking fee.
Refund processing takes 3-5 business days and is applied to the same payment method used when placing the order.
If your order arrived damaged, you must contact us with information and photos of the packaging and mirror within 5 days of receiving the shipment to be considered for a replacement or refund. Any damages reported after 5 days will not be approved unless they are determined by the RTH team to be a manufacturing defect.

Where can I see a mirror in person?
Our mirror collection is sold exclusively here on our website. Through this strategy, we’re able to deliver the best possible pricing for our products, directly to you. If you happen to live in NYC or plan to visit, contact us to set up a time to see our mirrors and meet the team.
If something sells out, will it ever be available again?
Your best bet will be to order the same design in a different color. Mirrors may be reintroduced in the future, however the design may be adjusted and/or available in new colorways.
Do you ship internationally?
We're working on it! Currently, RTH mirrors are only available in the US and Canada.
Do mirrors ever go on sale?
All mirrors are priced as competitively as possible and will not be discounted.
Will I be charged sales tax or customs fees?
Only orders to be delivered in the state of New York require sales tax.
Do mirrors come with a warranty?
All mirrors are covered by a one year warranty for manufacturer defects.
Are mirror sizes and/or colors customizable?

Ready To Hang is a mirrored world where furniture reflects your sense of personal style. We intend to blur the line between fashion and home.
RTH designs and produces well-crafted, reasonably priced, designer furniture pieces with personality that tell a story of self-expression and stand the test of time.
Based in NYC, RTH launched in October 2023 with 4 mirror designs. No object in the home is as meaningful or intimate as the mirror. It’s figuratively and literally the way you see yourself. Ready To Hang reimagines this experience and acts as the thread that ties your home and your style together.
